18 Weeks...Squeal!

I have found my voice!  I love to squeal really, really loud to get people's attention.  I have also pretended to cough just because I can.  I'm so silly.  I found my toes and love to grab them.  I also don't want to stay asleep when Mommy puts me down at night.  I fall asleep, but then wake up about an hour later.  The only thing that works is when I can lay on the floor in the living room and put myself to sleep.  Then I get reswaddled and put back in my crib and sleep for the night.  I like to keep them on their toes!
I got to go to the Frankenberg Fest this week.  It was pretty cool to meet Mommy's family.  I think they all liked me and I got to meet twin babies!
I had my four month check up this week too.  I got my shots and was just out of sorts and off my schedule for a few days.  I didn't really cry, but more of a pouting whimper.  But, Dr. Prica said I am very healthy and can start solids anytime.  I think I am ready because I keep watching what everyone else is eating.  That will be a lot of fun.  Ellie is excited to help feed me.  Mommy is going to make my baby food.  In fact, we went over to her friend Marion's house and she taught her how to make baby food for baby Autumn.  I loved hanging out with my baby friend!  We also had a visit from Mommy's friend Risa and her daughters Lauren and Lainey.  They liked holding me.
Next week, Daddy is home!!!
18 Weeks and all smiles!

Lauren was really good at holding me.  I just happened to start crying right when this picture was taken.
Here I am with Risa and Lainey
I love studying my hands.  I'm prepping to be a basketball star!
I may look calm here, but I really hate riding in the car!  I just started not screaming in the car this week.
Squealing, I mean talking!

17 Weeks...Finally home!

This week, we went to Mommy's Great Aunt Minnie's estate auction.  There were a lot of people there who got to meet me for the first time.  I enjoyed looking at all the trees, but other than that, I was a screamer!  I think I was just tired of being held, and it was hot, and I just wanted to kick!  People have actually said they have never heard a baby scream so loudly!  The next day, we went to Aunt Mary and Uncle Duane's house for Father's Day.  Papa Ron was so happy to see me.  I stayed inside while Ellie played outside. On Monday, I went with Mommy to Jefferson City for an MMSCA meeting.  Daddy's co-workers (and Mommy's friends) Melissa and Amy were holding me, and I pooped ALL over them!  They were really nice and understanding about it.  Daddy thought it was really funny.  We all went out to a Mexican restaurant afterwards  .Mommy and Daddy also took me to the baptism class last night.
After all that, I finally got to spend some time at home!  I have been a lot happier, except when I am in the car.  Since I am on the floor more, I am consistently rolling over from my tummy to my back.  Mommy is also trying to get me to nap in my crib.  It is hard to do, unless she gives me a burp rag.  I like to snuggle up with them!  I do HATE to be in the car though.  Whether it is a short or a long ride, I scream like crazy!

16 Weeks...Moving and a Shaking!

It's finally summer break-sort of!  Mommy was gone for meetings on Friday and Saturday and I got to stay with Daddy.  That was a lot of fun.  Mommy also did curriculum writing this Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and I went with her. I had a lot of different things to adjust to, and I got pretty mad.  I was either smiling and talking to everyone or screaming bloody murder!  And boy am I loud!  Mommy and Daddy think I may be teething because I am drooling a lot too, but it could just be that my schedule is off.  I'm looking forward to getting back into a routine this week.
I have done all sorts of new things this week!  I rolled over a couple of times-this time, from my back to my tummy!  I surprised everyone, even myself!  I have been grabbing my feet a lot and have started to grab for toys.  I can't wait to try all sorts of other new things!

15 Weeks...Saying Good-bye

This was my last week at Miss Annie's.  I have really loved being there.  She has treated me so well and I loved watching the other kids play.  Even though Mommy is looking forward to having me with her next year, I know she was sad to have me leave Miss Annie's.
Mommy took me to a school counseling party this week, and everyone loved me!  I was on my best behavior.  Mommy and Daddy also decided to try and do a home photo shoot for my 3 month pictures since I didn't want to smile at JC Penney's.  I hope they turned out well.

There aren't too many pictures this week, but just look out when Mommy isn't working anymore!  There will be so many to choose from!

Ellie was excited to hold me, but neither of us felt comfortable about this!

Not sure why these pictures are still rotated incorrectly!
But, I was rotating my body around on the floor!
