I have been doing some other "big girl" things lately! First, I have gone almost three weeks without an accident at night! I would say I am officially and completely potty-trained! I also went to the dentist and was a super big girl. I was so brave and climbed right up in that chair. I even let them clean my teeth! Dr. Shouman did say I needed to give up red puppy though at night. Well, I did it! The first night was hard, the second night was a little easier, but after that, it has been a piece of cake! Finally, I decided that I wanted to ride the big princess bike. Mommy or Daddy help, but I ride it around when Ellie is riding her bike!
We got to go over to Nana Arden and Papa Rodney's house for pizza one night. That was a fun treat! We also went to the park as a family after Ellie's last day of school. I had a lot of fun and showed everyone that I could swing all by myself! I had also been accidentally kicked in the mouth that day at preschool and cried a lot when eating my apple for snack. My top front teeth had a little blood behind them. We didn't notice it until after the dentist appointment that my one tooth is a little discolored.
Mommy took me to Messy Night with Parents as Teachers. I had so much fun with each activity that I did, that I didn't get to do everything there! That didn't bother me though! I also had my last visit with Miss Katrice. She has been so great and so much fun. I'm going to miss her visits! Mommy took Ellie and me to Washington and we went to the Frankenberg Fest. It was so much fun swimming in the pool and playing with other kids and toys! Then, we went to Grandma Kathy and Grandpa Tom's for Father's Day. I went both days without a nap, but did pretty well considering! I didn't want to eat much, so Uncle Jeff challenged me to eat my corn and hot dog by the time he finished his ear of corn. I don't know how, but I beat him and he gave me a dollar! We also drove Grandma Rose home and I fell asleep briefly. As soon as I woke up, I wanted to know where Grandma Rose went!
Ellie had her last couple soccer games that I attended. I have also been able to go swimming with Mommy and Ellie a couple of times after school. I have no fear and love to jump right in! Scares Mommy to death every time! Our family also went to a My Little Ponies concert at the library. I like My Little Ponies, but I wasn't sure what to think of it.
I am very focused on things that match. It's important to me to point out when we "match" with what food we are eating, what colors we are wearing, etc. I am pretty adventurous with food. I got to try some tangy pickles. They were quite tangy, and I said, "I'm gonna need more milk for this one!" Daddy told me to "stay" one night and I said, "I'm not Molly!"
