Unfortunately, I did already have to miss 2 days of school already because of a fever. I really complained about my brain hurting (and Mommy and Ellie got it the next week and knew exactly what I was talking about!) I stayed with Nana Arden in the mornings and then Daddy one afternoon and Mommy the next afternoon. By the second day, I just said, "I miss school".
Our family spent another Saturday morning at the Food Bank volunteering. We packaged chocolate graham crackers. I really enjoyed doing that and I love to have a job to do! We also went to Corinne's birthday party and our neighbor Grant's 2nd birthday party. I had a lot of fun running around and playing with him! We also had a BBQ at Aunt Lisa's. I just love hanging out with her!
I started soccer also the next day when I was better. We had a practice and then a game. Bella and Theodore from school are on my team-Mexico. Bella's Daddy is the coach. I get really excited when practice is over and the game starts because "that is my favorite part!" Nana Arden, Papa Rodney, and Papa Ron came to my first game. Papa Ron took us out to eat at Applebee's afterward. I scored a goal in my second game! When Daddy said I scored a goal, I said, "we scored 2 goals!" I was more excited about my team's success! And today was our third game. We played Autumn's team, and Marion was her coach! I was so excited to cheer her on!
So exciting-I coughed out my first tooth! I was so surprised and wasn't sure how to react! My tooth fairy's name is Poppy Treehead and her color is a reddish-pink. She gave me $5, a book called The Night Before the Tooth Fairy, and Pokemon stickers.
Daddy took me to a Hallsville football game and I loved it! I got so excited when they shot off fireworks before the game and cheered them on when they did well. I jumped up and down when they scored! Daddy's coworker Kellie also painted my face! I also went to a Mizzou volleyball game where Ellie was a ballgirl. It was a lot of fun watching the players and cheerleaders and Truman the tiger!
We had pictures for soccer and also picture day at school. Ellie and I didn't have any nice clothes to wear so we went on a shopping trip. I found a black long-sleeved dress with stars on it that I wore, and also a cheetah print dress. I use the word "pre-tect" a lot when I am trying to say "protect." One of my friends is named Otto. I spelled it "T-O-O-T!" Now I know how funny that is!
I'm starting to get more picky in what I eat. I decided I will no longer eat the crust on bread and I want to throw grapes away for lunch. I now take Uncrustables to school but I don't like all the jelly in them.
