Our Baby Boyer 2: September 2016

I had a really hard time at preschool this month because there is someone they call "Grandma Mildred" who comes to help. I started screaming and wouldn't stop and they had to bring me in another room. I kept asking where Rose was. Everyone finally figured out that I thought they had changed my grandmas and this was NOT my Grandma Kathy or Grandma Rose! Mommy had to make a trip to Washington just to prove that Grandma Kathy still existed. I have been fine every since.
I am so happy and talkative in the car after preschool until we get home. As soon as we get in the house, I start whining and crying non-stop. That only seemed to stop when I had a 102 degree fever, twice! That's right. I had a high fever for two days, two weeks in a row! Mommy stayed home with me the first week and Daddy and Nana Arden stayed with me the next week. I hope that I am finally on the mend from fighting all these new germs.
We had a lot of social opportunities this month. Ellie's friend Ella stayed over one night, and I just love her! I'm not sure how Ellie feels about me hanging out with them though. One night, Daddy took me to Aunt Lisa's while Mommy went to soccer practice with Ellie. I was expected to sit there listening to them talking about pictures and I was too active for Daddy. I got in trouble and had to go home. We had a play date at Bella's house. We also went to Ellie and Mommy's school for a back to school night/ice cream social. I also went to a potluck at my school with Mommy (Ellie and Daddy were at soccer practice.) It was fun showing off all my friends and the playground to Mommy.
My personal favorite of the month-Great Wolf Lodge! Nana Arden and Papa Rodney took us and Aunt Lisa's family to this fun place. I got to use a wand to make things open and light up. That was really cool! I think there was more to the game, but I didn't care! I got to dance and do yoga in a hotel lobby, and see a night time show with my cousins until I was just too tired! I also was sent to the room with Daddy for time out because I was just crying and whining and climbing all over Mommy. I was much better the second day. I went in the pool and lazy river, and then tried the big slides! My favorite was the blue slide, because the yellow slide was "too dark". I kept asking to go again and again until we had to leave!
Funny sayings: "Go pop the weasel" I took off all my clothes one day because "they not my size!" And of course, my personal favorite, "NO!"
So much fun at the park on a hot day!
