5 Years, 2 Months...Pokemon obsession!

The weather is starting to get nicer, so I have been able to go outside and ride my bike, play ball, and play in the water!  I have also started soccer again.  I have had a lot of fans support me at my games and I love giving them hugs and smiles between plays.  I love to run around everyone, but usually run in the opposite direction of the ball.  But I do it all with a smile on my face and have a lot of fun!  During one game when I was on the sideline, the ball came toward me, so I decided to just jump into the game to help them out!
Auntie Heather, Uncle Sean, Ashley, and Ian came for a visit over spring break.  We hung out and played at home, and went to Shakespeare's for pizza!  Mommy also took Ellie and me to St. Louis and Washington for a couple of days over break.  We went to McAlister's for a birthday lunch with Papa Ron before heading to Washington.  We had a lot of fun with Grandma Kathy (while Grandpa Tom was working).  We played Old Maid, UNO, and played hide and seek with some of my toys.  I was so exhausted from not taking a nap that I threw a huge fit at Church and had to be carried out.  I surprised everyone when I stayed up dancing until about midnight that night at Papa Ron's birthday party!  Chase and I had a blast with nerf guns, dancing, running around, and bringing drinks to everyone with the drink cart.  We went out to breakfast with Papa Ron at Bob Evans the next morning before heading home.
I am absolutely OBSESSED with Pokemon!  Pikachu is my favorite, but I love all of them and know so many names.  Mommy and Daddy say it is like I am speaking a different language and they just don't get it. Papa Rick was able to come for a visit, but Nana Peggy had to work.  We were able to celebrate our "Easter" and it was filled with Pokemon!  We had a BBQ with Lisa's family at our house one night and went to Lisa's house to visit another night.  I learned how to play spoons, and got to impart my Pokemon knowledge on anyone who would listen!  Luckily, Jonathan and Camille love Pokemon and could communicate with me.
We got to have Easter at Grandma Kathy and Grandpa Tom's the day before Easter.  I had so much fun playing with my cousins and running around to find my eggs.  I had been asking to see Grandma Kathy for quite a while.  We went to the Cardinals game on Easter Sunday because Ellie's choir performed the National Anthem!  It was so cool to see everything there and watch the game.  Afterwards, Papa Ron took Chase and us out to eat at Old Spaghetti Factory.  With only one reminder to keep my voice down, I had great table manners.
We did a fun tie dye project one day at school.  We did our school pictures as well.  (Mommy and Daddy completely forgot to take us to get our picture taken with the Easter Bunny this year!)  Nohlan had a nerf gun birthday party and I borrowed a couple from Chase.  Most of us got frustrated because we didn't know how to or have the strength to work the guns!
I went to Ellie's choir performance.  It was so hard to not talk during the whole thing!  Mommy took me to a yoga class and we had a lot of fun doing the stretches and running around.  I got to see Miss Katrice and she even took me to make a glitter bottle with her!  (I chose gold for Pikachu of course!)  Maybe I need to start using that glitter bottle because I have been having a lot of fits when I am tired or don't get my way.
I was able to finally have my 5 year check-up.  I am now 42.2 pounds and 3'10 and growing more every day!  I had three shots and got two stickers.  I only teared up a little, but I was not ready for those to hurt!  My comment afterwards was, "Well, I guess there won't be any running today!"
I decided that I want to be a veterinarian when I get older, but "on the days where there are no animals, I will do my rock star duties."  I only have about one more month of school before graduation and going to summer school as a kindergartner!
