Speaking of things I love, I will eat anything! I always want the lemon out of Mommy's water and I don't even scrunch up my face at the sourness. I also tried bread and butter pickles, sweet pickles, and black and green olives. I ate every last one of them. The only thing I have found that isn't always my favorite is mashed potatoes. I just love to eat!
We had some good family time over Thanksgiving. We did a lot of errands together the day before-library, Kohl's, and Slumberland to look for new bedroom furniture for Ellie. I think that means I may eventually bust out of my crib! We also went out to Red Lobster and to the Mizzou volleyball game. I really have a lot of fun watching everything at those games, but it is so close to my bedtime that I don't last long.
We had Thanksgiving on Thursday at Grandma Kathy and Grandpa Tom's, and on Friday at Papa Ron and Nana Carol's. Saturday, we put up Christmas decorations. My schedule was so off, I wasn't feeling good, and all the changes going on made me not a happy camper. I've done better since and love to bat at the "balls" (round ornaments) on the tree. I beat Twist to breaking the first one! We had Thanksgiving at Nana Arden and Papa Rodney's on Sunday.
I was pretty cranky the past couple of weeks, but that's because I got sick. I did the best I could though. On the way home from Washington, I coughed so much that I puked in my car seat! It was my first time ever and it upset me.
Since the break, we have been really busy. We did have a play date at our house, but only Bella was able to make it. It was a lot calmer with only 3 kids instead of 6! I really love to chase Ellie (or anyone) around the house. One night, I ran into the door and have a huge goose egg on my forehead! Mommy left for a meeting and stayed overnight, so Ellie and I got to hang out with Daddy. Those are really special times.
I have a funny joke about Daddy. I like to say "Daddy work" when he is gone, but I have started to say it when he is here. When people look at me, I say "Nooooo..." in a funny voice, and then say "right there" while pointing to him. I may let them get it on video someday.
More of my words the past couple of weeks: "cacker" (cracker), "zip", "dark" (when Daddy turned off the lights), "da" (done), "up, down" (a game I like to play with Mommy), "geen, boo" (green, blue), "walk" (when I want to be put down to walk where we are going), and "football". There really are so many more that it's hard to remember!
I love to color and sometimes I share with my sister!
