We have had lots of family time this month. We went to Shakespeare's for pizza one evening and I got to play with the pizza dough! Mommy took Ellie and me and Ellie's friend Lila to South Farm to look at all the animals and do activities. We had a lot of fun in the corn maze and petting the horses. We also got to go Catherine's birthday party and play. Mommy also took Ellie and me to an MU volleyball game and I had a blast!
Our family went apple picking too. I saw my friend Jonathan there and we ran and hugged each other! We got to see lots of animals and I got to shoot a corn cob out of a shooter. That was pretty cool! Daddy took me to get my flu shot on his day off and I was really brave. When he told me we were going to the health department to get medicine and I saw the place, I said, "I've been here before to get my flu shot." No tears or anything! We went to the MU homecoming parade as a family instead of my make-up soccer game (the candy sealed the deal for me!) I loved hearing the bands and seeing the cheerleaders and floats. Today we went to the zoo and will have pictures in next month's blog. I am in love with cheetahs!
I have been pretty sassy lately and I have gotten in trouble for that. All I really need is a reminder and modeling the right thing to say and how to say it and I will do it. However, I did get in trouble for running in school. I had a couple of warnings and I ended up breaking some toys that we out. My punishment was to donate all my money in my bank to school to replace them. It was really hard, but I finally accepted it. Ellie was talking about me buying something one day after that, and I matter of factly said, "I don't have any money."
I have also said some pretty funny things. I told Daddy, "Caleb needs to hurry up and decide if he wants to marry me or Gabby." I also have taken all my Paw Patrol character and call them "my puppies". I make sure they are fed, played with, put to bed, and bathed. I treat them like they are real. I have memorized Chicka Chicka Boom Boom and read it to them. I also love to "read" my chapter books.
