Our Baby Boyer 2: 2 1/4 Years...Lots of sugar and crankiness!

I got to go to a couple of events at Ellie's school. There was Celebrate the Arts Night, with artwork, a concert, and a talent show. I did alright at first, but then got a little crazy and wild when it got later. I also went to Ellie's Girl Scout celebration. Mommy was not happy with my behavior. I was loud and whiny and didn't let her stay in the room to watch what was happening. I was just tired! What do they expect?
We had a few play dates, and one was at Carrie's house! I loved her dog, but I really loved her play equipment. All I wanted to do was the monkey bars. Mommy thought she had to help me, which is why there are no pictures! Ellie was gone to a lot of birthday parties this month with Mommy, so Daddy and I got to hang out quite a bit. He says I don't listen well to him. I don't know what he is talking about! I got to go to my own birthday party though! Mommy took me to my friend Zoey's party at the ARC, where we played some fun games and got to go swimming! (Of course, I was the last one eating the cake and ice cream there too!) Jonathan's birthday party was later that day, so double the sugar for me! We celebrated Daddy's birthday at Nana Arden's the next week!
I also went to a lot of Ellie's soccer games. I would wake up every morning and say, "I get to go to Ellie's soccer game today!" Grandma Kathy and Grandpa Tom came to one of her games. I was so surprised to see them!
Unfortunately, I got sick this month too. I had a low grade fever for 4 days! It seemed to get better until after my nap, when it spiked again. I was pretty miserable and crabby, and got into some bad habits (like having my WubANubs in the living room and whining a lot.) Mommy and Daddy took turns staying home with me and I got a little spoiled with having them home. I heard that I missed out on quite a few fun things while I was sick too.
I am completely obsessed with finding flags and fire hydrants, and believe there are ghosts everywhere (thanks to an Olivia book and Paw Patrol show!) I really like to play "Tag-A-Bird (tug-of-war) with Ellie with a blanket in the backseat of the car. I giggle like crazy! I also like to kick her in the car, but we won't talk about that! I like to play "catch-ball" (catch) with Mommy in the yard.
