I had yet another fever this month and stayed home for two days. Thank goodness Mommy didn't have jury duty! Ellie went to visit Grandma Kathy for 4 days and I really missed her! The first night, I said, "What are we going to do without Ellie?" Then, we learned how to FaceTime and I loved talking to her like that! While she was gone, I got to have a donut date with Mommy and had a My Little Pony movie night! We met at a McDonald's to pick her up and you know what that means-Happy Meal and ice cream!
On our last day of summer, we went to get bagels with Mommy before getting our hair cut by Miss Kaitlyn. I really liked her and enjoyed laying all over the floor and climbing in the chairs like only I know how to do. That same day, the whole family went to Bonkers and climbed and played and then got Subway to take home. I got to eat cherries and called the stems "hooks!" Mommy took me to a yoga class and I paid better attention this time because she didn't take the My Little Pony towel. I loved to reach up and say "hi sun!" I got super anxious when Mommy went in the hallway to fill out a survey. I was afraid she was going to leave me. We also went to the Kids on Track finale and I got to play in a bouncy house slide. Our family all went roller skating one morning. That was so much and I learned a lot on my plastic skates! That night, we had a family picnic and movie night to watch Moana. The story was a little confusing, but I liked it anyway.
Then, the fun things started to slow down because Mommy and Daddy went back to work. I got a new teacher at school named Miss Heather. (Miss Sam moved up to teach the 4s/5s class so I will have her next year!) My schedule is kind of all messed up lately for some reason. I have been waking up anywhere from 5:15-6:15 every morning and not going back to sleep. I would think they would be happy to see me, but they usually just tell me that bunny isn't up yet and want me to go back to sleep. But I'm ready for the day!
I did get to see the coolest thing ever on the day I turned 3 1/2. We had "Eclipse Day!" I'm not exactly sure what that means but I know it has to do with the sun and the moon and we got to hang out outside after lunch that day and it got really dark for a little bit. I was pretty excited!
